I was planning to upgrade the hats, especially the older ones with no effect. But then I was only planning direct upgrade instead of slot enchant method ^_^; We'll do that after svn testing as that's our big priority at the moment obviously.
As for the effects itself, I'll just say that the suggestions here aren't bad, but why aren't we using some new svn effects when we have new svn? ;p I'll end it there lol.
