Server Wide WoE Invitation?

My gosh. With their usual server goes the server barely hangs by a thread in terms of lag. That was the server I used to play on, and I logged in to check on some other friends I had a few weeks ago...

Little to no English speakers left there. And the delay between clicking and your character moving is VERY noticeable.

I wonder how they're going to pull it off.
