Black Cat and Cold Heart combo aren't functioning properly. This will be fixed next reboot.

Black Cat will decrease your cast rate by (right hand weapon refine rate - 4) and increase your hit by (right hand weapon refine rate).

Cold Heart will increase your ASPD by (right hand weapon refine rate - 4).

In both combo, left hand equipment, if any, is ignored in all calculations.
