nah, i saw him set up shop after the forum ban but before the subsequent reboots.
furthermore, although i must say that he might have market monopoly on some items that he vends (making it feel more like showing off rather than really vending xP ), he does seem to overprice some of the lesser cards / items that are readily available in other shops...
all in all, he might not be a likable person, but i respect him for really working his ass off getting all that stuff.
and meh, he must have much much more than 1 bil, it's just that apparently that's the maximum amount of money you could carry in 1 char...
