In my opinion, all of the people who are going to draw should know both anatomy to be better in drawing. You can't advance or become better if you become too shy to even draw the thing you want to draw. (I am not suggesting to put the other in but it is a pretty good thing to know how. Besides, I never heard of gravity defying breast, which means making breast involves you knowing the laws of physics.
