A few things are evident upon reading everything:

- Whatever we do will please some people and displease others, there is no possible "perfect solution", different people want different things.

- A lot of people are motivated by negative feelings (anger, hatred, jealousy, greed, guild rivalries, etc.) still in the mist of all that + way too much whining many people manage to bring valid constructive thoughts.

Disregarding the numerous unpleasantries but keeping in mind the goal we've set, which is to provide a good RO server we are doing what we feel is best for heRO as a whole. We're not doing it because people bark or even send insults and flames flying around to us or other guilds, but because we think it will benefit the server and its players. So really if you have a point to bring up next time do so properly, there is no reason to do it otherwise. We have an active staff, we listen, we discuss, we're open to ideas, which does not mean we will comply with everything suggested/demanded, but we have always listened and always will. We are not against our players. We dedicate a huge portion of our time, energy and resources to the server and therefor to you all, try not to forget it.

Now for what we have decided in terms of changes, it will take effect starting at the WoE of December 6th. This may seem far to some but we have a busy schedule, specially with the birthday + Halloween coming up and considering scripting/testing takes time I feel safer with a date that leaves me enough time to set it up properly. I also feel this will give people some time to adapt if need be, such as prepare gear/character if they want to participate in a type of WoE they didn't do before, be it Retro or Trans.

Wednesday:
- Time unchanged
- Castle: Prontera + Payon
- Normal WoE (all classes)
- Same formula [(Eco/5) +4]
- Cap: 100

Sunday:
- 2 to 3 PM (server time)
- Castle: Prontera + Payon
- Normal WoE (all classes)
- Same formula [(Eco/5) +4]
- Cap: 100

Sunday:
- 4 to 5 PM (server time)
- Castle: Aldebaran
- Retro WoE (pre-trans classes only)
- Modified formula (to be determined, slower than regular)
- Cap: higher than 20, but lower than 100 (to be determined also)

What this essentially means:
- Same total hours of WoE per week (3h)
- Retro WoE has its own time slot
- Sunday Trans WoE becomes 1 hour instead of 2 hours

At present there are no plans to add more castles, but there is the possibility to add more later if the need arises.

I've also decided to work on an automated PVP event to occur between the 2 sunday WoEs to fill part of the gap, it's a quick Last Men Standing event with gold and zeny as prize.

We will need testers, so those who are part of the test&dev please be on the lookout for the testing dates we'll announce when the new WoE script is ready. As always we're grateful for those who help, if anyone wants to join the t&d team please send a PM to GM-Aki.

We are also working on removing non-trans buffs upon entering the castle (mainly links), more info on that if we manage to do it. If not, everyone will just have to live with those settings and make the best out of it.
