Just a small, cathartic poem. I needed release.

What will it take to do,
To be seen by you?
To become your focus, to enter your sight,
To be the only one standing in light.
Do I have to walk on water?
Carry trees, or face certain death?
Why can't you just see me,
For that's all I can soundly offer.
It feels like too much of a bother,
Too much to try, just for regret.
I'm sick and tired of playing this game,
But I see now just who you are
And I can tell you, there's nothing left.
