Info: Minimum success is 5%.
eA: Minimum success is base success.

Normal strip skills:
Info: Chance should be 5%+5%*level and only for Full Strip 5%+2%*level.
eA: Chance is 5%+2% for all strip skills.
(confirmed, fixed)

This is the eA Full Strip formulae atm:

[%] = 5 + (2 * Skill Level) + (Dex Difference / 5)

I think it's pretty clear, with all the references to BASE success, that it includes something other than skill level.
