unless you have a vanberk midgear handy, imho a vanberk upper headgear would still outperform baby chick hats when you're dealing with enemies with more than 30 def...
imho the only reason you go for 130 str (if you do) is if you zerk, otherwise +vit or def or resistances would be better than wasting all those equipment slots just for ATK... a pvp/woe LK would definitely get more resistances, vit and dex rather than going overboard with str. Mobbers and BB LKs would definitely like more resistances and durability rather than str...
