as for impo, recast anytime you have time between healing/pneuma/sw... take note of the after cast delay...
and it's OK to tell your party to stop for a general rebuff every 300s (or even less depending on how dire the situation is)... my bard's been with enough nameless parties to experience all sorts of characters/players and i have to agree with what Galt said... i kinda appreciate more priests who tell the party to slow down rather than the ones who just stay silent and watch the situation get out of hand...
