If I may, two players were not trans.

But above that, that must have been a Ninja poring or something, one inch of set damage (An inch can so be a set damage! >:O) would have exploded that thing. But all those shiny headgears the fallen have do not lie, so I'll take my questions to the grave. (Probably caused by that Poring.)
