Nice drawing. The body proportions are decent but the height of the Irahlem is about the height of Kitrael's shoulders unless you are making her look petite then that would be understandable. The style changes a bit when you drew captain. Maybe also put a little bit more shadow for contrast. But I appreciate that you drew animals and made your own designs for the clothes.
