aww...no monsters with wind element mentioned...altho i'd like to have a card which has effect like imp and siroma but for lightning bolt...
something like...
"Reduce Casting Time of Lightning Bolt by 25%. Inflict 25% more damage with Lightning Bolt."
feel free to remind me if there is a card with that effect already...
