At the moment, it is NOT against the rules until further discussions have concluded.
(The vending on monster maps is still against the rules, however.)
Just to clarify, when rules are changed, they will be explicitly noted in the server rules list, yes? I'd assume that the rules that any GM or moderators enforce are directly linked to a rule where it's stated how one could break it.
