For katars, Most try to get a Hydra carded Infiltrator for PVP. Is quite expensive as the Infiltrators that are dropped don't have slots, and you pay quite a hefty sum for each slot attempt. I beleive it's an A-Class weapon, so that'd be an 80% chance to fail, destroy the weapon and steal your money without anything in return.
It's a level 4 weapon, so it's the hardest to refine out of the 4 weapon levels, but you get the most attack out of each refine.
You could try Pantie/undershirt combo, you could try slotting Panties/undershirts (1 m zenny, 1 elu per slot attempt, 90% fail rate), and getting things that'll help you level, or stay alive. Evil Druid/Marc carded armor is a must for PVP/WoE and has it's uses in PVM. You could go Aliot or Giant whisper card in garment for a more offensive build, or Raydric/Kavach Icarus/Whisper card for a defensive gearing. Personally Sins have a lot of flee on their own without anything extra. I'd choose either raydric, or one of the offensive cards like Aliot or Giant whisper, ESPECIALLY if you're using it in an Undershirt.
I've always liked Shackle/Bloody shackle ball combo for the attack bonus.
Personally, I've always liked double dagger sins. Ice pick is a godsend to have for both DD sins and??Soul Breaker Sinx's. Combine ice pick, and??Double peco egg, double Drainliar main gauche, and wind endow, DD sins can really rip ice dungeon to shreds, though, DD sins are more for PVM and emp breaking than anything else. (even though EDP DD sins do it better)
