LOL Thanks everyone. I do in fact read and use the wiki before asking questions (unlike most). I should have mentioned that in my first post.

I've seen so many gears around that don't exist on iRO but do exist here. Looking through RMS I'm curious if certain gears exist here and if so, how they're obtained:

Fish Mouth [0] [Lower Head] Item ID# 5403 (Fish_In_Mouth)
