Guild Discussion 1-Guild Leadership +Goals

I have very little experience with guild leaders on the server however...

I approached one guild leader after having had a problem with one of their members. Just a friendly heads-up that their player had been reported and what for. I don't know if any action was taken. Only thing I can say for sure is that it really didn't seem to matter much to the guild leader. Maybe it did but nothing was really said on the matter. I know if the situation were reversed I'd have handled it a lil better.

Another guild leader I know seems to have it together. Very friendly with people outside the guild. Makes sure all is functioning well within the guild and that rules are followed.
