that was the point i was getting at even though i didn't exactly say it. besides, if you're a real hat collector, then it won't matter what the hat is, only that you'll definitely have enough vote points to afford it.
and since it isn't hard to get vote points, there's no reason to wonder if you'll need to keep your points or spend them if you feel they'll be better spent elsewhere.
