I see you've remade this thread, but only after deleting the other one. However, I still don't approve of these ideas.

1) Hillwind should just NOT be hatter. So we'll move onto your next idea. Given the amount of damage you can pull off with imps and siromas, I don't think this should ever be applied to lightning bolt. Think of another idea, and maybe it'll fly. As another note, wind does 150% to water 1 (frozen) while fire only does 125% to earth 1 (stone curse). You can also freeze (multiple) targets at a distance, but you can't stone curse a target at range.

2) SLs can work with what they have. They DO have amazing gears as is, such as survivor's manteaus for amazing survivability and morph sets for really high SP and high int to maintain the damage on their skills as well as unbreakable cast. This is already fine.

3) Definitely no to the slot on the gems. I don't care if they're character bound - they still will devalue regular slotted mids, and put even more strain on the current set of midgears. By giving slotted nobility gems, you're either a)giving an easy +3 str or int on mid, which is already worse than the current V4P gear, or b)dropping to values of glasses[1] or sunglasses[1] by a good 10m or so.
