what's the best build for rogues/stalkers?

Going to have to say, caster Stalker is not really a viable option at the moment, as you only have access to 1 spell with scrolls at best (unless you play autocasters, but then your dex will bit on the low side to cast with plagiarized spells... or your int is too low.) Until elemental sword if working properly as it should instead of imitation, caster stalker is probably a no-go.
