what's the best build for rogues/stalkers?

stalker divists close confines then snatches them is absolutely priceless and generally you can backslide far enough away that DS and BS can be spamed ( hide and stalk are important at these moments to find the perfect times to strike) so with busy fingers MOST classes will end up bowing at your feet after several duels asking wtf happened and honestly its the only reason i bother playing stalkers is for the epic pvp.
