Well thing with stalker vs magma 2 is that you will have a hard time without thief rings and 60ish dex to actually...hit them.

Also yes if you carded Dragon killer and then endow your weapon you'll do better damage Split but really do you want to pop converters every 5 minutes or ask for endows every 20-30?

Ele Damas will do well enough, and are cheaper to get is all I am saying. x)
