I didn't read anything else, but reset to bow build and do Banshees.

90 AGI, 99 DEX, rest VIT

Get a quad hallowed comp bow (easy enough to make) and some silver arrows and go to town.??Also, get an ED-carded armor (you'll want one as a thief-class anyways - might as well use it to hax-level too!).??

With some minor flee gear (whisper garment, etc) you should be able to 95% flee them.??Then you mob around 3 (I've done 5 to 7 - but it gets risky as they reduce your flee more and more).??The reason you need ED is because they use Dark Soul Strike.??ED will make this attack heal you, thus compensating for the times they hurt you.

Use Bowling Bash with a bow to mob-kill them.??The experience is amazing.

EDIT: I just scrolled up. You can still mob-kill with Claymore. I just did it recently when I got bored. Get a mobbing partner, mob 50+ Zombie Slaughters, and drop a Claymore. BOOM! Exp.??
