I haven't been online to test it, but since eAthena tend to eliminate some "bugs" in Gravity's RO, my guess is that as your bonuses change the gains from MC are changed as well.
Example: If you have 50 INT and get MCed by someone with high enough INT you'd gain 49, but if a priest Blesses you you'll only gain 39 from MC even if it hasn't been recast. Just my guess - I might test later if I have time.
