My 2 zeny:

Put a PVP warper in Prontera square who can warp you to 5 or so different PVP rooms. 5 rooms is better than just 1 room because there will always be the retarded jackass who interferes with duels and such, and having more than 1 room lets you avoid that.

200 zeny is nothing, even for first classes. It might as well be free. And it's not like novices and first classes use PVP that much anyway (there might be exceptions but that doesn't really matter).
