Problem with skill window

I have only played on hero after installing it. And I installed it on a clean computer, no other ragnarok data was on it. I haven't edited any file either.

And like I said, the only thing I did was switch characters basically. One moment I still had my skill window on one character, then I switched to my older character, and the next moment my skill window was empty. On every character since I switched to that one.

I haven't done anything special while playing on hero, except lvling, buying items, collecting items and talking to people. And the only time I resetted was when I already had the empty skill window.

I'm gonna try to reinstall everything, and see what that does.
