True, shouldn't it only be 1 headgear? Five sounds like overkill, especially since you can customize their stats.

Its not really that powerful actually.
The Kafra Dolls give +2 to a stat and are slotted, and do extra effects. This is just +3 to a stat and has 5 defence. XD

If you rather me say something else there are hatters and whatnot with similar effects too. Whisper hat gives +3 agi, Apple o' Archer gives +3 Dex, do I need to go on? Its really not that overpowered and you're going to be getting this hat more for its looks than anything. :D
