I'd be worried if both RMS and iroWiki don't know where they are.

Since I'm not aware of your play style, I'd suggest Destroyed Armors or Used Iron Plates as the most reasonable items to obtain for item crafting.
Most everything else is either not worth the effort or can be sold for higher profits.
