Not sure if this is the correct place to report a quest bug. Let me know if it isn't, and I'll submit a ticket for it.

I'm currently trying to complete one of the Veins quest, "Help Mr Zabaroo". Based on IRO Wiki, I'm supposed to go to Veins Field 2, and talk to the Wincing Old Man (Zabaroo) (337, 314). But I can't find the said person at the spot. In fact, there is no other NPC nearby.

Is this a bug in the quest, a quest that has not been implemented on the server yet, or wrong info in IRO Wiki?
