Quests that work?

Seems like you're only questioning about repeatable quests and not other access quests anyway. heRO deliberately taken out all repeatable exp quests, except for new world ones (such as monster tamer, those still exist). Namely, the item collection repeatable exp quests are taken out completely.

As for other missing quests, best to ask on a case-by-case basis. heRO doesn't have a very clear cut on which quests are added and which aren't.
