Giganto Axe Bugged?

I usually carry a Light Epsilon with me or some VVS elemented 2h axe to switch on it and switch back again to giganto to get 8 aspd back.

You will lose the aspd if you:
-use a fwing/teleport accesory. (There were cases when I didn't lose 8 aspd right after I used the fwing. I didn't want to lose the effect of my converter and I just didn't switch. I lost said aspd after a minute or so though.)
-use a bwing.
-go trough a warp between maps or an acolyte type warps you
-you unequip the axe, get bare-handed and therefore lose Adrenaline Rush.
-Adrenaline Rush wears off before you refresh it.
