The hat has been auctioned off before with a time of exclusiveness, and is currently a prize choice in the Promo Contest.
As such, it'll be some time before it is added, as this also gives it desirability as a prize in said contest.


It will??be added sometime in the future, however. I just don't know how far away. Icon_razz
