2010-06-09rdata_x.gpf is holding me back from being able to play..

when i try to patch it says "2010-06-09rdata_x.gpf ???????????" instead of just "????????????" :'(( then when i try to open the heRO exe itself, it will let me type user and password but it will "fail to connect" (((((((((

..somebody please, or GMs, help me so i can play :'( please..please.. thank you. T_T
