Adding woe warps to the warping npc =o

I haven't made a search to know if this was suggested before but I'd love to know if it could be possible to add a woe option to the warper npc with the 4 available castles. It's rather boring for the person stuck warping in town for an hour especially when there's already warper npcs around every town.
