Adding woe warps to the warping npc =o

easier GD access after woe, that might be bad.

Most of the people that camp guild dungeons are champs, meaning they have warp portal, and others don't need to go to town so often so they can just hunt for a few hours inside the dungeon before heading back.

It had be suggested in other threads, i remember Trowa saying it, but don't remember seeing a thread dedicated to it. Anyway, i agree, it would help a lot for guilds that lack members, plus it a boring, blue gem consuming job.
