I don't believe we have this, but I just ran up on it in RMS and I must say, it looks slick.

Can we implement this, by means of quest/hatter? With a slightly changed effect, of course. Can't reach 120 str 'base' here. Whistle

Edit: Example for an item turn in could be like:

Goblin Mask (#2297) x1
Fragment of Despair (#7439) x 5
Gold x 10
Loki's Whisper (#7019) x1/2
Crystal Spirit (#6088) x20 (As far as I know, nydhoggur loot drops such as this have no real purpose. Wouldn't hurt to give them one, so they can be vended/traded.
