Do you know expert in any sector will have to go through the same probation period to show their dedication and will to the work place before having the access to the core of the business?

You gonna give someone your bank account details just to anyone working with you?

When sh*t already happen, its easy to say what we/they should have done.. maybe one day you will understand when you actually encounter similar event in real life...
