Pretty sure the current, nonclass specified bonuses are here to stay for the forseeable future. They're not something we've just missed or anything.
The headgear is still exceptionally good for SNs.


I'll admit I cannot recall much of the conversation for this specific change, if I was even there at all, but I do remember the ones were we decided it was fine to be worn into WoE and that we weren't going to block SNs from using it.

I think in the end, it came down to the headgear being intended to encourage and be useful for Ninjas and Gunslingers, and that they are to remain the primary beneficiaries of the headear, and thus have extra appeal, even if SNs can still gain access to less parts of it.
