Because what I showed you wasn't my data folder.
It was a folder inside my data folder.
You'll need to make a folder, inside your data folder, called "sprite". Inside that folder, you'll need to make a folder named "??????"?? OR a folder inside the "Sprite" folder called "?????" and inside that folder, one named "??" and one named "??" depending on what file you want to replace.
This will leave you of a file tree named either data\sprite\?????? OR data\sprite\?????\?? and data\sprite\?????\?? both of which are outlined in Kittie's and my earlier posts.
What you're showing in your screenshot is simply data\
As I said at the start, you will need to make these folders. The data folder does not just come with these.
Your grf factory looks different because you seem to have the actual Korean alphabet, or because GRF Factory can read it.
Ours are all funny letters because that's what Windows tends to make them for native folder paths.
