I dunno, MAYBE in the rare case that a Hwiz is actually ballsy/idiotic enough to fight a GTB user in woe, that extra 20% against demi humans would do good with magic crasher as % modifiers do actually affect it. (lulz)

Personally though even if I was a Hwiz fighting a GTB user, I wouldn't be looking to deal outright damage, i'd want to use status weapons and weapon/armor breaking daggers to piss them off with Magic crasher.

But then again, I remember seeing people in woe gear for damage with shield boomerang (dang Behemoth and their linked Pallies) when they shoulda been gearing for dehibilitation and made it semi-effective against nublets.
