For the loading screen, renderer's signatures/watermarks are placed on their respective images (although, most of them are very faint so they don't make the picture a total eyesore). Photomanipulation, GO!
Rainbowring card is an obvious spoof on Nyan Cat xD Wasn't too hard to make, so I'll honestly say it didn't take much to make it. Cupcakering card is hand drawn and digitally colored.
