Warper suggestion

I'd say ~ same amount as to include last warp option :D

Significantly more actually the last warp change was mainly me abusing EoLs to rewrite it en-mass.

However, idea that warping someone inside or outside the dungeon entrance being safer is lost on me, you can get hit when you walk through the portal anyways. The process is the same as warping in any other way including through an NPC.
