I recommend trying the first solution here: http://pandoraonline.net/forum/showthread.php?tid=23492
Just make the 640 and 480 into the numbers for the screen resolution you want. This fixed it on my Windows 8 laptop; maybe it'll fix it for yours.

I don't know anything about the second (more dangerous) solution, so attempt that one at your own risk. >_>
