Eye of Surtur Card Not Working With Orcus Set

For some odd reason when I slotted an Eye of Surtur card in my Harthoon Heart I am not getting the bonuses from the set. See the screenshots below.

*Edit. The actual card effect (+25% Damage with LB and 25% faster cast) is working. I am just not getting the non-combo and combo bonus from the Orcus set and accessory.


These are my stats BEFORE equipping the bonus.



These are my stats after equipping the Harthoon Heart. As you can see the only bonus I am getting is the +2int from the heart. I am not even getting the non-combo bonuse of+3%matk +3%atk or whatever from the heart itself.



Of course I compared this to another carded Harthoon Heart and all the bonuses are working. I'm guessing this must have something to do with the Eye of Surtur card being a custom card.


Please look into and fix this. Currently my Harthoon Heart is just a +2int Accesory
