to Joe, Last boss was Pedo... A Pedo bear with different names...It has ghost prop and well, has pretty high accuracy as well. I went as sniper and almost kill it.. until... it.... overpower... then everything goes to hell. I am sure this happen to everyone else as well. When it overpower, you just.. die... I think the Garr customized it so that it wont use root on you..
