Edit - I guess another way to phrase my question is... Why shouldn't they be added to all tool dealers in ALL towns for convenience? If they are already available a select few, what's wrong with asking that they be added to all the others as well?

I don't have a problem with this, but then I think charging to warp to places and charging to unlock dungeons is silly as well. It doesn't stop anyone from only using the service, it doesn't drain serious amounts of zeny, it's just a minor annoyance. Same thing with BG fees, and not having berserk potions in each shop, and similar things.

I guess the question is where do you draw the line in terms of making changes for convenience?
