That thing happened to me too. I simply changed it to window mode though and looked for the one that was best. It resulted in pretty crappy quality but I think it was ok.
EDIT: I don't know if it will work for others, but I realized that when I zoomed at one screen reso and at another, it would usually include parts that wasn't there before. Or maybe I just didn't zoom either. Not sure ~_~
