Do note that some people who may have got Faeheim Reputation points from previous quests will have slightly higher rates than shown above. The costume creation success rates will increase based on reputation in the future. This is why the rates may seem very harsh now when we have it in isolation. Once all of faeheim is released and there are methods to boost reputation, we will release the full formula along with the maximum success rates for the 4 ranks of costumes.
