Allow teleport in Yuno++

Petition to change aircraft portals to NPCs, in towns such as Yuno, Lighthalzen, Einbroch and Einbech.

Switching from aircraft portals to NPCs, or dialogue boxes allows teleportation in these towns, arguably, at the cost of aesthetics. However, I believe that we've all had to experience the dread that is walking end to end in these towns, such as for The Curse of Gaebolg quest, and Medicine quest, among others.

In this day and age, I believe that all heROes should be given rights and freedom to teleport wherever they please, in any town. Allowing this change to happen will set a new milestone in the heRO story.
