Just musings around Storm and frozen sets.
I was planning on trying to get the Sage card combo set to further improve thunderstorm damage but then the Armor lacks a slot. #firstworldproblems
Frozen Set, I'm thinking I might want to sacrifice some int to fall back to that "Support" role. 80 Base int would make it so I could still do Okay-ish damage, and keep dex maxed and still get something like 50-ish vit to help further tank the stuffs. Autocast Deluge means I'm going to have Waterball on it, no questions asked. Safety Wall and Ice Wall (if only for trapping options and HP/Def boosts), as well as quagmire are musts, though I'm wondering how much knockback Sight trasher might have. Might be able to combo Sighttrasher into frost nova if the mobs can get back into that 5x5 cell range of your wiz. Will probably have phen on at all times though. With the low int of the build, not sure if it's worth going for LoV to break the ice over individual targets.
Snow ludes are being stingy, from what I see, Frost nova has like a 6~4 Second cast time without dex. 30% Cast reduction from the wand sounds like it'd be HUGE. It already has like an 85% success chance to freeze at lvl 10, and the extra 70% chance to freeze when it fails....
Haven't gotten to Ice titans yet, is the armor really 40 def? or is that a mis-type?
